Tax is included in all posted birthday party package prices unless otherwise noted. Walk-in game pricing is per person, per game. For the most current pricing, please call us at (916) 382-9905.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All participants in laser tag and laser maze activities must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf. Waivers can be completed in advance at our waiver page or on-site before your session.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Limitations

Laser tag and laser maze activities involve physical movement in a darkened environment. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to:

• Risk of trips, falls, bumps, or minor injuries during gameplay
• Exposure to strobe lights, fog effects, and loud sounds
• Physical exertion in a multi-level arena environment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SacTag, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in our activities or use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Rules of Conduct

All guests are expected to follow our facility rules, including:

• Follow all instructions from Game Marshals and staff
• No running, climbing on structures, or physical contact with other players
• No food or drinks inside the laser tag arena or laser maze
• Treat all equipment with care — damaged equipment may result in charges
• Behave respectfully toward other guests and staff at all times

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates our rules of conduct, without refund.
