Arena Features
What makes SacTag different from other Sacramento entertainment centers
Two-Story Vertical Combat
Our second floor changes everything. Snipe from catwalks, ambush from below, or defend the ramps. Most laser tag is flat and boring—ours is tactical and strategic.
Fog, Lights & Music
Atmospheric fog, black lights, and pumping music create an immersive sci-fi environment. It's not just a room with props—it's a mission.
Accurate Scoring Technology
Our vests have sensors in front and back. Your laser weapon tracks every hit with real-time accuracy. No "honor system" needed.
All Ages & Skill Levels
Ages 5 and up can play. We mix beginners and veterans, kids and adults. The size variety makes it fair—smaller players hide easier, bigger players move slower.

Common Questions
Prepare for your mission.
Does laser tag hurt when you get hit?
Never. Unlike paintball, there are no projectiles. We use infrared beams (like a TV remote). The vest simply vibrates when you are tagged. 100% painless and safe for all ages.
How long is a laser tag game?
15 Minutes of Action. The full experience (briefing + vesting + play) takes about 25 minutes. Most players book 2–3 games for the full workout.
Can people cheat at laser tag?
No. The computer tracks everything. If you try to cover your sensors, the system pauses you. Game Marshals also patrol to stop running or physical contact.
Is the laser tag arena dark or scary?
It is dimly lit with blacklights and neon effects, but not pitch black. You can see ramps, obstacles, and other players clearly. It feels more like a movie set than a dark room.
